– Inspections typically last 2.5 – 4 hours, depending on the age, size, and condition of the property.

– Pricing is based on the finished square footage and age of the home.  Base fees apply to homes under 1500 sq ft and built within the last 25 years.

– Radon testing is available as an add-on service and highly recommended.

– After scheduling, you’ll receive an email confirming the inspection order. Once confirmed, you’ll get another email with the inspection date/time, address, and links to sign the agreement and make payment.
